Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders within the same day, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging and environmental impact. If you would like to request separate shipments, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to complete customs requirements, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs or cancellation fees.
