Free SF Express shipping is provided for all orders above HKD200.
For orders below HKD200, a fee of HKD30 will be charged.

Taiwan:

Free SF Express shipping is provided for all orders above NTD1200.
For orders below NTD1200, a fee of NTD120 will be charged.

China:

Free SF Express shipping is provided for all orders above HKD600.

We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. ​In a few locations around the world we don’t offer an express option. This is because the current express services in those regions aren’t reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.

A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped, or you can view “Order Status” after logging into your account.

If this is the case, you order has already packed and waiting SF express to pick up the parcel. Their website have not update the latest status yet. Please wait for another 1-2 days and check on the status again.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please email us at sale@dudebestie.com within 7 days. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact sale@dudebestie.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note:

• the return shipping isn't covered.
• We will issue store credit for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
• Store credit will be valid for a year from the date of issue.
• All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.

If you’d like to exchange an item purchased online, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at sale@dudebestie.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 3–5 business days with return instructions.
2. Send the item back according to the instructions provided. Please ensure the item is unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue DB Credits (store credit) for the item’s value (excluding shipping). The credit will be valid for one year.
4. Use your DB Credits to purchase the new item you’d like instead.

Please note: Direct exchanges for online orders are not available. You must return the item and place a new order using the store credit.

You can return your order at Dude & Bestie Official Stores in Hong Kong. 

You will have to make a return request via email for returns first, and present the order number along with the items you wish to return or exchange at our stores. 

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

If more than 24 hours have passed but your order has not yet been shipped, you may still request to cancel the order. In this case, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit (DB Credits).

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Simply contact our support team with your order details. We will arrange replacement for your items.
