If the items you've ordered are not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.
Returns for Online Purchases
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for store credit in the form of a DB Credits. You can return items in-store or by mail/courier.
To start a return by mail, contact us at sale@dudebestie.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Our team will respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions.
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost packages.
- Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item(s), we will issue store credit for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping costs). The gift card will be valid for a year from the date of issue!.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
- Items can be exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
- All exchanges are final. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Returns and Exchanges for In-store Purchases
- Items purchased in-store can be exchanged only within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
- No returns will be accepted for in-store purchases.
- Items from selected third-party brands or marked as non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchange.
- All exchanges are final. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Condition of Item(s)
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unmarked.
- With tags attached and in original packaging.
- Items sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards, socks, eye masks, face masks, drinkware, stationery, and personalised products
- Products from selected third-party brands and items marked as non-returnable.
- Purchases made with store credits issued from refunds are final.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at sale@dudebestie.com within 7 days of purchase with details and photos if possible.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Cash Refunds
- We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.
- All refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a DB Credits.
