- 包含 個人化刺繡 的訂單，需額外 3-5 個工作天 製作及處理。
- 運送時間一般為 1-3 個工作天，實際時間視乎送貨地區及清關情況而定。
- 所有訂單均會提供 追蹤編號，方便查詢配送狀態。

- 所有訂單均附有 追蹤編號，方便查詢配送狀態。
運費、稅費及關稅

EZ WAY 易利委實名認證要求
根據台灣海關規定，所有收件人必須完成「EZ WAY 易利委」實名認證，才能順利接收國際包裹。此認證程序可協助加快通關及確保貨件準時送達。
重要提醒： 若未完成 EZ WAY 實名認證，可能導致清關延誤或包裹無法順利送達。請務必在下單前完成註冊，以確保順利收件。
所有訂單將在 1-3 個工作日內發貨。個性化訂單將在 3-5 個工作日內發貨。
香港、澳門：
HKD200以上訂單免費順豐快遞。
低於HKD200的訂單，將收取HKD30的費用。
台灣：
NTD1200以上訂單免費順豐快遞。
低於NTD1200的訂單，將收取NTD120的費用。
中國：
HKD600以上訂單免費順豐快遞。
低於HKD600的訂單，將收取HKD40的費用。
其餘地區：
運費和交貨時間將在結賬時計算。
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and restricted areas. For certain countries, additional import restrictions or regulations may apply. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Combined Orders
If you place multiple orders within the same day, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging and environmental impact. If you would like to request separate shipments, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to complete customs requirements, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued excluding shipping fees.
